What is your return policy?
At Spirit Connection Art we will do all that we can to satisfy your order with the finest quality product. Sometimes however, there are defects or damage. Below are our policies for returns and credit. We reserve the right to refuse orders and to handle each customer on an individual basis.

RETURNS: No merchandise can be returned without prior permission from Spirit Connection Art. You must notify us of any loss, damage or defects within 5 days of receipt of shipment. If an item is damaged or defective once contacting us you must then return the item at your own cost.

Is your website ordering secure?
Our processing partner, Paypal, uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know. The other alternative is that you may wish to pay via money order, bank cheque or direct bank transfer.
